I agree to a price with the guy, ask for his Venmo info to send him payment, after he tells me he accepts Venmo, line up a shipper after coordinating when he is open for pick up and when l reach out again to get the last four of his phone for Venmo’s verification process he tells me he doesn’t give that out and someone walked in and he sold it to them.
