Very disappointing experience. The receptionist did not inform me of the notary charges before proceeding with the service. I was surprised to be charged $200 afterward, without being told the cost in advance. In my opinion, this is not transparent or professional. Customers should always be informed of the fees before any service is provided so they can decide whether to proceed. I later found that similar notary services are available elsewhere for around $50. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
