Very poor customer service. My Client waited over an hour for a ride, and when I called to check the status, I was told it would be another 20–30 minutes or that I should call insurance to find another ride. The response felt dismissive and rude. This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional.
Another company flaked on us and it was a real problem. A-Z showed up early, treated dad like gold and handled everything smoothly. The price was more than fair. Thanks!

Fake business, really operating as EZ Transport. Extremely rude drivers and dispatchers, probably scamming people out of money
