How embarrassing for the owner of this company to feel the need to invoke how highly trained and professional his empire in their 10 company owned office suites buildings and give priority to their vehicles that are providing a medical service to someone in need. Trust me in my experience the need they give priority to is the need to fill their pocket books in the colossal time they claim to save rushing in and out of traffic. If I could give zero stars, I would. I work at a skilled nursing facility, and A to Z Logistics LLC was contracted through Modivcare to transport one of our dialysis patients home tonight. The pick-up was scheduled, confirmed (confirmation #57200), and supposedly assigned to a driver — but no one ever showed up. No call, no update, no accountability. License plate 3890063 was just now weaving in and out of traffic just to pull up to ANOTHER vehicle from the same company, to flip the other driver off, almost hitting me in the process. Glad to know that these employees are the ones taking care of our elderly. If you hate your job, find something else to do.

Staff needs training on professionalism when working with the public, I had a ride schedule for a 8.50am.pick up for my mother on 11-15-24, had conformation sent to my phone, the driver called me at 9.10 asking where was his pick! Needs to be some negative stars allowed. A) My patient was at his care aide's house on the 22nd of August while I was there as well and the provider had been notified a week ago that the patient would be traveling with the care aide up to his house despite not riding down in the morning. Service manager threatened to call the cops to have him and the care aide removed from the van and patient told manager a) no local officer would ever get in the middle of such a dispute regardless if the provider called or the patient.
