Kathy displayed exceptional professionalism with prompt communication and clear instructions. The settlement went through without any problems. And, she is a lovely and friendly lady to deal with. Highly recommended.
We recently used A-Z conveyancing (and have used for previous sales) for both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new property, with both settlements taking place on the same day. Thank you, Kathy for your exceptional service with assisting James and I, with our buying and selling process. You went above and beyond and we are grateful. Lucy
Unlike many I found my experience with Kathy unpleasant. She made me feel that my small purchase wasn't as important as her wealthier customers. Would take many days to respond and not very supportive to one who has never purchased a home before. I had provided all information months ahead of settlement and was waiting to the day of settlement to get confirmation.
This is the 3rd time I have engaged A-Z Conveyancing for selling/buying a property. They provide a professional, efficient, knowledgable, caring and friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend Kathy and her team for all your conveyancing needs.
