Unlike many I found my experience with Kathy unpleasant. She made me feel that my small purchase wasn't as important as her wealthier customers. Would take many days to respond and not very supportive to one who has never purchased a home before. I had provided all information months ahead of settlement and was waiting to the day of settlement to get confirmation.

Cannot recommend KB highly enough! We purchased and sold our property and lined it up for settlement on the same day.
