As a police officer and very hardworking person stay away from this place. They dont know what they are doing and they canceled their old business that was on York Road because of Fraud. The IRS said they never received the return i filled under their other LLC they canceled causing me 20k Feds and 10k to state of maryland. Dont go to this place.!!!
Horrible experience. I began communication with them in January and submitted all of my paperwork by the end of February. I sent in my deductions towards the end of March and come April 15th, THEY DID NOT FILE! I have NEVER missed a filing deadline, and after repeated emails and texts they said that they are unable to help and complete my taxes because they need all receipts. This would have been VERY helpful to know before the filing deadline. DO NOT USE. Terrible.
Excellent service and very knowledgeable! I was able to meet both of them and they were great.
