Would NEVER use them again. Destroyed valuables and took OUR own hand truck. Have offered to resolve our issues and we get no response back. They were HORRIBLE. Stay away from them and save yourself the headache and them “ghosting” you. Terrible company with terrible owners.

Destroyed multiple items and now have been trying to have someone call us back for a month, regarding reimbursement. Looks like we need to go the route of hiring an attorney and take them court because we are out of state now; which only fuels our anger and makes the reimbursement amount go up, because we won’t be responsible for attorney fees, filing fees and court fees they will It’s more like 2 woman, a rental truck and day laborers, stir clear and run away! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. They did not answer calls. They did not answer emails. They did not answer Facebook messages. The next day they were blatantly IGNORING my phone calls, sending them to voicemail. They still haven’t reached out to apologize. Do not trust this company to move you.

Awwfull they never showed up to move me to Baltimore after we set a time and a date plus called me the night before to confirm the move
