I recently discovered A Way of Life Acupuncture through an event hosted by 904 Boss Babe and instantly fell in love! Their office is a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with wonderful staff. Some of the services they offer (but not limited to) are acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, infrared sauna, massages, and LED light therapy. I've been seen Dr. Jen who is an absolute gem! Had an acupuncture treatment followed by a 30 minute infrared sauna session.....walked out feeling absolutely rejuvenated.
I cannot say enough good things about acupuncture and this office. The office was beautiful and relaxing. The tables were more comfortable than my own mattress with memory foam. I was bundled up in pillows and blankets to be the most comfortable. I felt instant relief after with my stomach and lower back pain. It's amazing truly.
Christine is so wonderful! She got me through my pregnancy with all my sciatic nerve pain and sleep issues. I absolutely love her!
I started here for a piriformis issue - which was resolved in three visits - and has never come back! But I loved the treatmens so much that I have continued to go usually 3 -4 times a month for any sports related pain as well as, stress, allergies - simply the best all around health support I have ever found.
