Sold me fake and faulty headphones. I exchanged them an hour after buying a new pair and had the exact same problems, he insisted there is no refunds. Lied about it being original as it had wear and tear and they would disconnect after a few minutes of use.

Very poor customer service. Poor quality product/service, very unreliable usability. Product does not meet customer requirements. Totally a scam, they are a team of scammers. This place has been reported many times by the media, and the people running this place are definitely scammers, so avoid it
