Great Customer service!! I called, and they answered my questions and were very efficient to have me into a storage unit in 10 minutes on the phone!!
I recently moved out & never had a problem. The staff was always nice, willing to take my card or checks for payment. The place itself was kept clean & neat.
They submitted two payments incorrectly to the bank, so the banks declined to pay. I called the bank and was told A-Verdi submitted the payment information incorrectly. A-Verdi insists on charging me late fees and refuses to call the bank to verify that it was A-Verdi's error. The bank is willing to verify if they call. I'm locked out of my unit and to get my stuff back I agreed in protest to pay the back rent, the late fees, and one month of rent into the future month to give me time to remove my stuff.
