Horrible. They submitted the payment information incorrectly to two different banks for two different months of payments I made on a self-storage unit. The person handling my account refused to call either bank. She assessed late fees and locked up my stuff. I told her that one of the banks offered to verify over the phone that it was Averdi's error. She refused to call and said I must have had the charge reversed, which is not true.
