Was recommended to them from my dad’s boss, they ended up putting my dads name incorrectly in his taxes (till this day they haven’t fixed that mistake.) Then I went to do my taxes they screwed me over by charging me $135. Waited 2 moths to receive my taxes that I never got, then I noticed that Norma a Ornelas put in my address incorrectly I had to contact them, and all they told me was that I needed to call the IRS on my own and my state taxes to get that rectify.
