I got a shoulder trauma from a fall while skiing yesterday. I called this morning at 8:30am before the acupuncture office was scheduled to open at 9:00am, and was very happy to get an immediate phone call back. By 10am, I was already in Rick's office, where he first checked out my shoulder to help gauge the potential severity of my injury, along with an initial massage.
