The groomers are very patient and kind to my dog. They DO NOT give tranquilizers to the pets and I really LIKE THIS about them. They listen to the way I want my dog to look, and they perform the task exactly as asked them to do. I have been going to this store for my pet supplies and grooming since I moved from Shreveport 3 years ago, and I have found it more personal than any store or grooming parlor that I have ever gone to. My dog loves the care he gets and is never nervous about going there.
