Quality massage therapist. She can give you a simple relaxing massage, but she specializes in a much more beneficial massage to help you heal or work out an injury or muscle problem. You will feel the results hours and days later.
MJ explains everything before the massage. Very relaxing. I slept throughout the night which I have not done in a very long time. I am looking forward to the next appointment and to getting more relief for my issues.
