Yes very quaint but not very professional or relaxing. Purchased a day spa package and did not feel very pampered. Was there for over 4 hours and was not offered a bottle of water. Was scolded for not bringing flip flops for after a Pedi and was told not enough time to let them dry, so in March was walking barefoot in their parking lot. I felt relaxed and at home in this pretty little spa. Pedicures, Facials, Massage, Hair and even Tanning! I love it and it's so convenient and the pricing is accomidating to any pocketbook! Shelly and her staff are such a pleasure to be around, I recommend her to everyone I know.

I have been going to see Shelly at A Touch of Elegance since I was in high school (about 8 years). She provides exceptional service with a more intimate feel than a larger salon. She's very personable, and the pedicures I get last for weeks. She is literally the ONLY person I will let touch my feet!! She has great salon services such as facials, waxing, and massages, but they are all very reasonably priced, and most of the time lower than other local salons.

Everyone should give this Spa a try. They are far above the rest when it comes to making sure the customer is happy and well taken care of. They are so down to earth and friendly. The prices are very reasonable to say the least for the great services they provide. We will be returning again and again.
