I am a woman on a mission to make you a better friend to yourself! I use a cognitive and somatic approach to healing, meaning I use a mixture of holistic healing and science based healing. I have a Bachelor of behavioural science degree and I am currently studying counselling. I am a certified universal healer, qualified breathwork and meditation teacher and a sound healer. I highly recommend Shelby Sharland as a holistic mindset and business coach. I did work with her for 3 months on improving my business. We mainly focused on how to set better boundaries with clients and we did sessions were we focused on social media audits and others were the added reiki to help heal some inner blockages that were preventing me from stepping into my power. I now feel way more confident in how to run my business. Highly recommend her as a coach.

Shelby is such a beautiful soul. The connection I felt with her after just one healing session was incredible.
