Syvana is so amazing. She is so intentional in creating a peaceful environment for care. I have experienced intense shoulder pain for many years. The myofascial and CST that Syvana did on my shoulder provided SO much relief! She also took great care of me during my pregnancy. When my daughter arrived, she also took great care of her. We love Syvana and A Touch of Balance! 🤍

Syvana has had such a positive impact on the wellbeing of my now 8 month old son. She approaches her practice with an open mind and all of the tools in her toolbox. My son went from overarching his back, screaming, tense baby to a happy, giggly, and cuddly boy that will now fall asleep on my chest. As a mother, I appreciate her experience, support, and positive attitude. We are forever grateful to have Syvana’s knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend CST with Syvana.

Syvana was so helpful in preparing our baby’s body for oral tie releases as well as helping him after. She is incredibly calm, gentle, and kind and has worked with multiple family members. I’d highly recommend seeing her if you are looking for CST!
