She tailors each session to your individual needs, and even the more challenging exercises feel safe and achievable. I’ve never experienced discomfort under her guidance. She is also a highly disciplined trainer — every minute of her class is purposeful. If you’re serious about results, Ivone is the trainer to trust.
Ivone is a wonderful person and is passionate about her work. She made me feel super comfortable. She is extremely educated and kept me well informed about the entire process. Ivone is empathetic and really likes to lend a helping hand. It’s a breath of fresh air to cross paths with someone who is so warm and welcoming. I have had colonics in the past, but I must say, Ivone is a master of her trade. You must go see her! 5 stars! You will feel like a new person!
Very good experience. Space is very clean and comfortable. Ivonne is knowledgeable and very helpful both before and after appointment. I will definitely be returning.
