We just hired an SUV for 3 weeks- MG in excellent condition. Much cheaper than big rental companies. Sunil and Ash were extremely helpful dealing with our questions and the pick up and drop off arrangements were fast and simple. Wish more rental companies were like this.
We have used A Total Car Rentals in the past and had nothing but fantastic things to say. Unfortunately, since the company has been sold, things have gone downhill. Communication was poor and customer service was despicable. We had given them a flight time for when we were landing and when we got to the office to pick up the car, there was no one there. From enquiry to booking, the process was smooth. Ashish and Sunil were very prompt with communication and always happy to answer questions and help with the booking process.
