Services was horrible. My laptop was left in the hands of the vendor back in December. The lack of communication on my laptop and when it was supposed to be done vs when I received it. Here it is a month later and everyone wants to brush off everything like it doesn’t matter. I use my laptop for work and made it clear that I needed back. Then I get a bogus invoice saying the cost of the part was $499 and $1000 for labor which was waved. I laughed about it bc that is the cost of a brand new Apple Mac.
