A to Z did some of my record label's pressings and one of them was so bad distributors returned all of them due to customer complaints of surface noise. The Surface noise was not in the test pressing. I know this because I have the rest pressing and multiple returned copies of the 1st pressing. I tried washing the records and they still have high surface noise. The losses from returns combined with a non-paying distributor (Mount Analog) put the label out of business. Terrible product. Worse customer service. Gave these guys $10,000 for a vinyl release and they messed up every possible step of the project. Then they held my money hostage until I agreed to accept the poor imitation of the product I ordered. Will NEVER use them again. With so many other pressing plants out there, don’t give these guys the time of day… no care or integrity.
Super reliable team. Every interaction was pain free. On top of that, very fast service I highly recommend them! Thank you to Taylor, Stefan, and Joe for making this easy!
