Extremely unprofessional management and terrible customer service. The staff is highly inefficient and creates unnecessary delays even when the store is completely empty. When politely asked a simple question, an employee became highly aggressive, hostile, and actively tried to sabotage a visitor. Irresponsible, malicious behavior. Patrons should avoid this location.

They always have my favorite!
I find the review about the “older white man with long hair” (as described) extremely hard to imagine. This is the package store I use most often, and the person described is almost always there and could not be nicer or any more helpful than he is. The store also has a good selection. But I recommend them mostly for their exceptional customer service.
