We recently had A to Z Glass install a new shower door in our master bathroom. My wife and I are giving them a 5 star review today. There were several issues with the process, but Tina the Office Manager, was always so professional and accommodating. She handle each issue in a timely manner and made sure everything was addressed or repaired properly. The customer service there was incredible. I wish I could do a negative number here but since I can’t, I’ll just warn anyone that needs a glass company should keep looking, this company is really good at making promises but really bad at keeping them—- I’ve called their office at least 5 times this spring and summer about a problem with a job they did for me last year and they always say they are working on it but nothing happens— I’ve ask for the owner to call me but that didn’t work either. Stay away is my advice
