Eugene Golovin completely messed up my 2018 taxes. He made mistakes on my federal return that got me fined by the IRS, and he didn’t even file my state return, which led to another fine. I’ve tried reaching out to him multiple times, but he just ignores me and hasn’t helped at all to fix that mess.Avoid at all costs.
Have been doing my tax here with my family for a couple years now. Honest, quick, and effective. I don’t see the issues the negative reviews are implying.

One star is over doing it, he either filed my tax papers wrong or lost them. Getting a hold of him is nearly impossible. “ I’m busy I will call you back” is his go to answer. Has been for 3 months now. Do yourself a favor and run from this place..Can guarantee you the 5 stars are fake reviews. Save yourself the stress and headache.
All the recent good reviews are probably fake, since they are all posted exactly 2 weeks ago, the guy is a disaster who will charge you $ and will forget about you afterwards, if you have any issues with IRS he will not stay behind his work. Just go to turbotax .com and you can easily do your own taxes without any hassle.
