I called to talk to the supervisor about some issues we have been having with a specific driver. He did not allow me to talk to finish explaining the reason I was calling. DON'T USE!! I am very upset. I was told that my return trip from my appointment was canceled because I am living in an apartment with bedbugs and have no control over it. I have no means to move and I take extreme precautions so that it doesn't spread else where. I still get bites though and they said that MTM does not allow bedbug RIDDEN clients, I called and it was bull, on a ride and that they now have to spend 100 dollars cleaning the van. I use this service for my kids they have always been very nice to me and always on time but I have had a few problems with the new veyo they have made things difficult for me but a to b I would recommend to anyone

This company is so horrible. They are always late. They dont want to work with your schedule they want you to work with there's. And dealing with the owners and staff makes it understood as to why the company sucks. If you call and and complain about there business the owners get so offensive and start yelling at you. What a horrible way to run there business. I will never recommended them to anyone
