Sadly, the customer service is HORRENDOUS. Lisa (presumed the owner-which is even more incredible if this is the case) emails were very short & flippant. When I emailed for the tracking number info so i may see where the delivery was in progress (which i was told would be supplied once basket was shipped) The person emailed me back with just a tracking number (no Carrier) when i emailed again asking for the carrier the person named Lisa email ‘UPS’…just like that. The basket was BEAUTIFUL and delivered faster than I expected! The owner Jeff called me personally to review details. My aunt and uncle absolutely loved this gorgeous gift and it brightened their spirits during a challenging time. Would DEFINITELY order again!!!!
horrible service, rude business owner, unprofessional employees. they charge me over $110 for kosher fruit basket, which was supposed to be delivered before 5 pm. it was never happened. on my question where is delivery they hand up the phone. what a professional way to handle business!!!! on my request to speak with the business owner they told me he is driving. he was constantly driving. stay away from this fraud!!!!
don't waste your time and money dealing with this fraud. they won't deliver anything!!!!!
