I have struggled with an overactive gag reflex my whole life. It caused me anxiety when swallowing pills and visiting the dentist. After seeing Lynda with A Time for Change Hypnotherapy I'm happy to report that my fear of swallowing pills and dental procedures is gone! She is patient, understanding, kind and really cares about her clients. I highly recommend this business.

I went to see Lynda specifically for some driving anxiety in hopes I might finally find some relief. Not only has she been able to help me with the driving, but other concerns as well. I wasn't sure what to expect with hypnotherapy, but Lynda was thorough with her explanation and put me at ease right away. She's genuinely interested in you as an individual and really wants to see you succeed, which I have with her help. Our appointments are like going to see an old friend - she's warm and caring. I highly recommend her.
