Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient and has reasonable rates. We opened our LLC with her and returned to file our personal/business taxes. Honestly, they don’t know anything about taxes. I went to them, and they spent more than 90 minutes working on my return. In the end, they told me I would get a tax refund of $2,000, and their fee after the discount would be around $490. I told them that for many years I usually get back more than $5,000. Then an Asian woman who works there came and tried to convince me that it’s impossible for me to get more than $2,000. Went with turbotax to file my taxes before, but decided to see a real accountant this year. Tiffany saved me from paying over 10k to the IRS and was able to get me thousands back from whatbi overpayed in previous years. Absolutely worth every penny and would definitely recommend her.
Tiffany, wanted to charge me 1,500 dollars for a 2nd amendment to my taxes. The gentleman finished my taxes and called her to review and ok them. She came out and looked over my file to see how much I earned for the year and proceeded to make it look as if it was very hard and complicated to file my taxes. At that point she gave me a 1,500 quote. In Order for her to even come from out the back office I had to pay 50 dollars. When she came out she tried to get me to pay 100 dollars.
