Very helpful and knowledgeful but focused on taking your order over actually helping diagnose weather you need to place the order and then tell you there are no returns/refunds.
I am a small 2-man family-owned machine shop and they took care of me as if I am a large company. Putting in the extra work to make sure I am taken care of. I have a really old CNC machine that had a linear scale go out and I sent it to them for repair. Unfortunately, it could not be repaired however, they showed me what would replace it and how to make it work. i had some issue with McAfee not properly updating and turns out also had a few driver issues on my computer. ended up getting help from Mukesh and his help was tremendous very helpful/ knowledgeable and friendly. i will never go to anyone else.
