I have used A Team Lending for a previous home loan and refinance, and I’m currently using them for my second home loan. I was in a bind for my second home loan with a competing broker who had promised a certain interest rate that A Team couldn’t offer. Shortly after accepting, we realized it was a bait-and-switch. My head was pounding for a week with stress dealing with this other broker. The deal fell through. My husband and I were in the middle of escrow and needed a loan ASAP!
