In 2022, I received a 4-page clarification form from CRA due to an error in my taxes when self-filing. I contacted several Tax Consultants and each of them proposed to work with CRA on my behalf & respond on T&M (really open-ended pricing that could be several thousands of $$s). I found Rob & too my surprise he said - CRA's clarification form didn't need a direct response, only that we apologize and will correct the original error - took 5 min to respond to CRA.
