I had an extremely disappointing experience with ataxexempt, Not only did they file my taxes late, but they also made significant errors that cost me hundreds in fees. Their team was unresponsive for weeks, and when I finally got a hold of someone, they were dismissive and rude, showing no accountability for their mistakes. I ended up having to hire another professional to correct their work, which resulted in extra expenses. I do not recommend their services; the lack of professionalism and expertise was astonishing.
