I met with him involving my business audit. He calmed me down and I realized I was worrying more than I should. I paid for my visit and left. The next day he calls and leaves a message saying he double checked with other attorneys reiterating what we concluded at our meeting. He says he can take my case for around $3,000. I decline and move forward on my own. 3 weeks later I get a $250 bill for the phone calls he decided to make, as well as my audit re-opening. Incredibly shady and unprofessional.

Mr. Greenberg represented me in front of the IRS. I was very stressed out and did not know what to do. Mr. Greenberg calm me down and told me that my fears were unfounded. By the end of the audit, which I did not even have to go to. I only owed the IRS $1,580.00. Thank you Mr. Greenberg. If not for Mr. Greenberg's very professional preparation. The final cost may have been many thousands of dollars more. If you are being audited you should give Mr. Greenberg a call. He may be able to save you thousands of dollars also.
