I found this store this morning, Mr. Robert is a very nice person, very informative and helpful. I need Jute twine to finish up my chair upholstery. I did not feel like traveling to another area, so I looked up some places and his company name came up. I left a message, Mr. Robert called me back almost immediately. I asked about the twine, which he had some so I went to his place of business and he gave me exactly what I needed. I am thankful for him because now I am able to finish up my chair this afternoon.
Did a fantastic job for me. The work on an older piece that has sentimental value. Very pleased with the price and timeliness.
I stopped in A Tack Above Upholstry this afternoon. I was met by Robert. I went in to inquire about having webbing replaced on 2 indoor/outdoor swivel-rocking patio chair seats. He was able to give me a quote and I left thankful that he would be able to do this job for me. He told me he had been in business for 7 years. Those wanting the location. He is in the shopping area where Watts Dance school is also located on Edgemont Ave/Martin Luther King Blvd. Same side of the street as Tn High School.
We just picked up our sofa, chair, and two ottoman today. The upholstery job was beautiful on all pieces. Robert did an excellent job in a timely manner. Also, I want to mention that Robert is so professional and kind to work with. When I first sent the pictures of the furniture, he responded the next day with a precise estimate. That really shocked me because it takes forever to get a call back these days.
