I believe it’s time for them to train there staff be be courteous to patrons! They made us seem like it was a inconvenience to help us and it took them forever to come take our order when there was only 10 people in the theater.
We received poor customer service :( from the moment we walked in the door. Also we joined their email membership, but when we arrived, they said they didn’t honor it? So what was the purpose of the Movie Tavern membership? Not sure? When I later emailed management with my questions about the membership (twice) I received no response. Obviously, they have no concern if we visit again or not :( I canceled the membership.
I really enjoyed the ambiance of the dinner at the movies. The service provided by the staff while serving the meal was great. I can’t wait to go again.

It’s a nice clean theater and the staff was very nice and friendly. They forgot about my order and I had to ask for it halfway through the movie and when I got it the food was cold. The menu is also a lot more limited than I expected and I wish they had some healthier options.

I was extremely disappointed last night by my experience while watching the new Avengers movie. The Movie Tavern is a staple with me and my husband as the prices are great and the location is wonderful for us. We have always had a great time, until last night. When the movie began in theater #3, it was immediately apparent that the speakers throughout the room where not functioning properly.
