If you are truly looking to receive the highest degree of customer service and experience, A Sewing Sensation is the store you should go to. I purchased a machine and the staff and owner, Chandra have gone above and beyond multiple times to help me with my machine. Their kindness and service has meant so much to me. Thank you for helping me to do what brings me the greatest peace, sewing. I hope you receive the wonderful assistance you have given me in all your shopping experiences.
The staff here are knowledgeable and pleasant but don’t expect prompt service, there is never more than one person there and you will have to wait your turn. Great selection of notions but the shop is very cluttered and not easy to navigate. Good selection of sewing machines and sergers. Also accessories for machines like the Bernina feet. Probably the only place like it in NW Calgary.
