Easy to order, cake went over well. Fed about 15 people. Only things I didn't like was the "sprinkle balls" on, and the cake was messed up upon arrival but was fixed within a couple hours. Was told not to put in refrigerator and regretted not doing that. Spent $75 for this size
I threw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend and really wanted a cake or cookies that were Bigfoot themed. He doesn’t really like cake so when they suggested I review the packages I definitely had to take advantage of one with cookies, cake, and chocolate dipped goodies! Had a great experience with Serendipity Cakery. Used them for our wedding this past weekend and they did not disappoint. Owner Tammie went above and beyond to make sure my husband had his favorite flavor of cake drops. Highly recommend them for any wedding or event you have. Edit: I love the cake pops, so I put in an online order on a Wednesday and my husband went to pick up on the following Tuesday. I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup on Monday. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have tried to contact them several times and I leave message after message. I was told multiple times the owner would contact me it’s been over a week and she has not once reached out to me. My family spent over $400 on desserts and I specifically sent photos, instructions for them and they didn’t provide what I asked for. We had a cake prepared at Serendipity and were really disappointed. For a quarter sheet cake they charged $70 and the quality was sub par. 15 is missing the th, in the name you can clearly see they tried it once and piped over it, the ribbons are sloppy and overall look was disappointing. We will be going back to BJ’s or Meijer where it’s a less than half the cost for better quality.
