They put my family out with nowhere to go when it was cold and winter. There was also another mom and baby I was outside waiting for a ride because she let her uncle bring her groceries. I recommend New York where shelter is a Human Right. Not Chicago. They have way too much funds To not be transitioning families. They can do better.
Because I'm a woman of color from Dupage, they wouldn't help me. I was told it's only so much we could do because of transportation. I have my own car. Guess I wasn't the right color
A fantastic and wonderful mission, this is a place where you can Donate your genteelly used or even new clothing and not regret it! the supplies will go to good use for people who are starting over and need support. I love the connection with the staff and clients they really care about making sure everyone is taken care of. I look forward to brining many more donations of clothing , shoes and dress clothing for work interviews for clients seeking employment, to this agency . IT TAKES A VILLAGE !!!

The place needs to be investigated. And they will be reported. There is no one answering the phone, it rings and rinfs,. The girl Alecia is new and has no resources and numbers when my daughter was left hanging by a counselor "Shauna" with no contacts or replacement, the manager Chris" isn't working. She told me to call One Hope United! The girl I spoke with was in a hurry to get me off the phone, transferred me to the wrong counseling department and they weren't helpful at all and sent me to a voicemail....and I called back... read more
