Driver constantly on the phone. Swerving in traffic. Very dangerous.
Very disappointed got a call yesterday morning to confirm my pick up time for my 6 year olds appointment the lady stated they would be here at 3 to pick us up we waited outside til 345 and nobody ever showed up so had to reschedule her appointment. Called the office to inform them we were never picked up and the lady apologized but no reason was giving as to why nobody showed up. I never imagined I would have to write a review like this, but parents deserve to know what our family experienced with A Safe Hands Transportation in Eden. We trusted this company to safely transport our daughter and other children to and from Bethany Community School. Instead, our daughter and multiple other girls were made to feel uncomfortable and unsafe. While in Rehab they took me to dialysis. They also took me home when I was released from Rehab. Drivers very nice and helpful. Vans were clean and nice. Recommend to anyone needing these services.
My roommate has traveled with this company several times she's never had any complaints. She's picked up on time, She makes it to her appointment on time, and after her appointment she doesn't have to wait long to be picked comeback home. Thank you, Safe Hands Transportation
