My husband booked an appointment for me with the owner Karen, because I was complaining of back and neck issues after flying into Seattle to visit my daughter. Karen was very professional and had a good sense of humor. She was able to work out the kinks in my neck as well as relieve the tension in my back with a deep tissue massage.
