Very poor customer service... unresponsive with appointments..
Great location. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable and quick. She put my taxes which were a bit complex together quickly and I had nice return.
Tax preparer is called Alejandra Serrato . - provides a very basic and sloppy service - Very poor costumer service - if you need a copy of your own tax records from previous years , forget it.. ... she will make you waste your time like there is no tomorrow
