It was my first time having a massage so I didn’t know what to expect, however as soon as I met Seb he was a down to earth guy that spoke to me about my issues regarding my back and the exercises I could do to help it, these came in really handy. When he was doing the massage I instantly felt relieved and my backs come leaps and bounds since. I’m so glad I went and I look forward to seeing Seb again. Overall I could not fault the experience.
Incredible. So knowledgeable and understanding. I came away from my session feeling so much better after suffering a pressed nerve. Such a lovely chap too can't recommend enough.
Just had my first massage with Sebastian and cannot recommend enough, he made me feel very comfortable and really worked through the tension I had in my calves and lower back, I had a 45 min massage followed by a 20 min sauna and 3 min cold plunge, it was amazing and I feel fantastic after it, I will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

Second round of treatments (first earlier this year). Highly recommended & have personally recommended to family & friends. Professional, very knowledgeable & is realistic on how many treatments you actually need to fix the problem your experiencing & doesn't try to pan things out in his favour. By no means a 'relaxing' treatment, BUT he gets to the root of the problem & resolves it.
