Dropped in early afternoon weekday 3 other customers and 3 staff helping them. Waited 7 minutes for any acknowledgement (which was only provided when a fellow customer asked if someone should be helping me) and I knew model and size and just wanted to be on my way with some new shoes. I could have purchased these HOKAs at any big box shoe and/or athlectic store, but chose to give a small local independent retailer the business. As my paid order had not come in a week beyond the time promised, I called to inquire and requested to speak to a manager. The interaction was unpleasant - he accepted no responsibility, blamed the manufacturer for the delay, then offered to refund my purchase "as not to leave me with a bad taste in my mouth".
