I could have purchased these HOKAs at any big box shoe and/or athlectic store, but chose to give a small local independent retailer the business. As my paid order had not come in a week beyond the time promised, I called to inquire and requested to speak to a manager. The interaction was unpleasant - he accepted no responsibility, blamed the manufacturer for the delay, then offered to refund my purchase "as not to leave me with a bad taste in my mouth". I love the hosted runs and shoe demos.
Zachary was great, helped me decide between multiple shoe options. Prices were high though.
Was told to come back the next day. I was ready to buy shoes. Showed up at 440pm, they close at 5pm. There were 2 others looking at shoes & by the time they spoke to me they said it was too close to 5 and I should come back the next day. Not sure what's going on with this place. What I do know is when I'm being ignored. Two customers were already being helped by two employees, at least one other employee was in the store with not much to do, and a fourth was rummaging around the back. All of them avoided making eye contact, or saying anything like "Hello" or "We'll be with you shortly". After about 10 minutes I gave up and left.
