The chair turned out to be not only beautiful, but also incredibly ergonomic, ideal for evening relaxation. The store staff was very friendly and helped with the selection, and the delivery was fast and hassle-free. Thank you for creating comfort in my home!
This is such a horrible place to purchase from. My family bought a dining room table and probably a month after the chairs and the bench started to fall apart, did they want to come to fix it? no they didn’t, after a whole year of us dealing with the chairs they finally came out to “fix” everything and they’re not fixed, the chairs aren’t stable, and the bench is still wobbly. useless company, horrible customer service. and also to mention we paid EXTRA for them to give a brand new unwrapped dining room table but they delive... read more
It says it closes at 7pm so we came at 6:30pm and found it was closed. Such a waste of time!!!
I purchased a couch from A Royal Suite Home Furnishings. The customer service for couch repair department specifically ANGELA is very rude. I called because I am frustrated waiting for a simple repair that I placed months ago has not yet been fixed. As a customer you are not allowed to be frustrated when talking with Angela. Be prepare to wait a MINIUM of 4 months for any repairs to be done according to Angela. These people take your money and are very rude when you ask for them to do their part and resolve the issue.
