The delivery company is not responsible at all. They scheduled me in the beginning of the week for a delivery. Once the day came, I feel very strange that I have not been contact with the time of my delivery. I called royal A (which is the delivery company) and they tell me I am not scheduled. they put me on hold for around 10 min. I give them the name of the person who made my appointment (Yanella) and then she tells me that the truck is damage. This place charging me for 100miles when I did less than 20miles , I don't know what's going on here but they are definitely scamming ppl with using there uhaul vehicles and I am definitely one of them , going to court is annoying but a must.
Expensive but easy to book and both Angels’ (two movers) we’re good workers. Moved out of a three story apartment and they got the job done!
