Easy pick up and drop off. Pick you up and drop you off to airport. Very reasonably priced.

Really good experience! Car was clean and had lots of nice touches like phone chargers for different phone types and a phone cradle. The staff at drop off were very nice and went out of their way to help us get to the airport.

I had a mixed experience with A Rentals. On a positive side, they provided a convenient shuttle service, which made getting to and from the depot easy. After some discussion at pick-up, I did receive the Toyota 7-seater SUV I had originally booked for 15 days, which I appreciated. The vehicle itself was clean, although it did have a noticeable damp, musty smell. Unfortunately, the customer service was inconsistent. One of the few car rents in south NZ that provide self drive premium mpv such as alphard vellfire to rent, the unit is very nice, and the car is very well maintained for our long trips to queenstown, milford sound, etc. The staffs are very polite and helpful aswell, they also provide free shuttle from the airport too.
