Staff was rude. They told me on the phone that the washer I wanted was available and confirmed the price. Once I got there, I was told it wasn't a down payment would be required to ship it to the store. Needless to say I took my business to lowes instead.
Customer Service communication was terrible. Their hours on Google are wrong. Payment process is inconvenient to the customer.
Ordered 3 things 44 days ago, 2 items I received within 2 weeks, but I still have not received the 3rd item. Every time I call I get the same answer, "unfortunately we don't know when it will be in", doesn't make any sense at all. How do you not know when your order will be in!?
