Very accommodating and friendly.
Unfortunately, the woman that works here does not know what she is doing. There is a certificate on the wall saying she is certified in "fingerprint rolling", but I think she is in need of a repeat certification. I let her take the lead but the prints kept coming up as "failed" over and over and she kept doing the same thing. She tried putting lotion, having me wash and dry my hands, cleaning the screen, nothing worked. 20 minutes went by and we still were repeating the same fingers over and over again at least 2 dozen times... read more
Worst live scan place you could go to. They didn’t know how to use the equipment, charged me through Zelle even though my work was supposed to pay, and never submitted the forms. When I requested an update on the progress, they said it wasn’t their responsibility, and hung up.
