I came here in Jan of 25 to get bindings for my Fischer RC sl women's skis that I bought online. After explaining to them that I already had a boot and the ski, just looking for a binding, the staff refused to put a binding on the ski and told me that I was "not Lindsay Vonn, that's the type of ski for an olympian". It was a strange comment. Especially since this store specializes in selling the fischer slalom skis. Expert boot-fitting staff who are friendly and recommend what works best for you, rather than trying to upsell you on the most expensive boots. The whole staff is amazing, but Chuck really took care of us and was super patient in explaining things. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for fitted boots!
I have been going to RACER’S EDGE for many years. It is by far the best place to get ski boots fitted. I bought my boots three years ago and when I went there this week because my feet were hurting Joe Kanetzky was happy to help me. He spent over an hour trying to make them as comfortable as possible. As a skier we often get told to "see a quality bootfitter" when you buy boots, but as an east-coaster I had no clue what that actually meant until going to see Chuck at A Racers Edge. Even after a professional fitting by another shop, he was able to immediately identify some issues with my previous footbeds and discounted a new pair with the vacuum molding process I visited to have done and ive never had a pair of boots fit better! I will definitely be a customer for life
